"The greatest LOVE"

One of the most profound attributes of being a parent is believing in our children. Encouragement is vital as a child grows to not only their stability in their relationships with others but also to their lifelong views of what exemplifies a parent that cares and is supportive. There is a word that will cover a multitude of shortfalls in everything.......LOVE..... Love is patient. Love is kind. Love is not envious, or boastful, or arrogant, or rude. It does not insist on its own way. It is not irritable or resentful. It does not rejoice in wrongdoing but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.
We find ourselves as parents choosing to address our hurt rather than seeing the issue at hand.
There are lessons for all when negativity is screaming yet Love and Grace whispers a hush over a seemingly insurmountable situation. Key word is patience......as parents patience is everything......without that Love isn’t possible. God loves each of us....and if he doesn’t exemplify what being patient with his children looks like, nothing does.
Today your children, your family and friends need to see the Love you have for them through your encouragement and patience! Their future  depends upon your encouragement and love!
When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I fought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became an adult, I put an end to childish ways. For now, we see in a mirror dimly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know only in part, then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known. Now faith, hope, and love abide these three, and the greatest of these is love.

In Christ, Mike / KSM
